Cancellation Policy

All appointments require a non-refundable but transferable deposit to secure your booking. Deposits are applied toward your final service total at checkout. Clients must cancel or reschedule online at least 48 hours prior to their scheduled appointment time to keep deposit transferable. Cancellations made within 48 hours require direct contact and will result in loss of deposit. Cancellations made within 24 hours will result in a cancellation fee of 50% of the service total, in addition to forfeiting the deposit. Clients who no-call, no-show will be charged 100% of the remaining balance for the services booked. Emergency situations may be considered at my discretion and must be communicated as soon as possible. Repeated last-minute cancellations or no-shows may result in loss of future booking privileges.
